Service description

Snipfy provides tools for freelancers to scan receipts, categorize expenses, create invoices, and export financial data. Features vary by subscription plan (Free, Solo, Pro).

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your Account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Refunds are handled at our discretion unless required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, fraudulent, or third-party content without permission.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use Snipfy to provide professional tax or legal advice to others.

Not tax or legal advice

Snipfy helps organize financial records but does not provide tax, accounting, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional for tax filing and compliance decisions.

Intellectual property

Snipfy and its branding, software, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI categorization, or specific tax outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snipfy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
